Lobo Defensive Driving is Palestine's BEST defensive driving school. We've been in Palestine for 21 years and are backed by over 10 years of experience.
Tex Wilbourn is the current owner. He is the son of Jack Wilbourn, founder of Lobo Defensive Driving, a division of Lobo Enterprises. After Purchasing Greater El Paso Training Institute in 1992, he moved to Palestine in 1997 and subsequently started Lobo Defensive Driving inside Ryan's Restaurant.
